Purpose-driven and regenerative business is everywhere right now: keynotes, frameworks, LinkedIn. But between what gets written and what actually happens inside companies and communities there is still a real gap.

Things move when everyone sits at the same table. The entrepreneurs who build, the scholars who theorise, the practitioners who live it every day. This symposium is that table.

This symposium is built on that conviction.

We open with a roundtable with two founders — Michele Zavoli (Travelware) and Jon Mikkel — followed by a moderated Q&A with the team and the audience. Then we move into hands-on group work, where participants co-draft real paper ideas supported by an AI tool that captures and analyses the discussion live.

🎯 The goal

In small groups, collaboratively draft a potential research paper: theoretical framework and lenses, research design & methodology, a community or Indigenous people to support, research question(s), and expected results and contributions.

Example contribution

Michele Zavoli (Travelware) My name is Michele Zavoli, In our experience, a regenerative model only scales when the value it creates is genuinely shared with the community it depends on — here is what worked for us…

You only need to identify yourself the first time.
